Thermine-mode
Select “Thermine mode” from the main menu. The heating and mining management features can be activated by connecting the software that you have installed and activated on your Raspberry Pi (or Linux environment) thermostat. Adding a device means connecting your app to the thermostat first. Both must be connected to the same local network via cable or Wi-Fi. Tap on “Add device”.

Tap on “search.” The app will scan the local network for the thermostat and display the result at the end of the scan (you can connect more than one thermostat). Tap on the IP address of the device that has been recognized and assign it a name. In this case, we have assigned the name “home” to our thermostat.

Tap on the name of the thermostat and you will see the list of miners that Thermine-raspi has already recognized on the network. Assign a name to the miner (in this case, we chose “heatminer bedroom” because this miner heats our bedroom) and then tap on the miner’s name to enter the miner dashboard.

On the miner screen, we can find information about local mining and quick functions to act on the miner, as described in the legend on the side.
By clicking on the edit icon in the top right corner you access another settings menu.

Here you can see the miner settings that were automatically read by Thermine-Raspi when you added the miner. If you change any of the miner settings manually via its original web dashboard, you will also need to change them here (e.g., the password), otherwise you will need to add another miner to Thermine using the automatic procedure described above. If you do not change anything in the miner, do not change anything here either.
To control the temperature of the environment you are interested in, enter the desired temperature in the “Target temperature” field and press the confirmation icon at the top right. The new target temperature will appear in the previous menu and Thermine will automatically control the miner to reach and maintain the desired temperature.
